Tim currently works with the Cayman Islands’ Government Department of Environment (DOE) as the Deputy Director. The DOE is the local organization responsible for the management and protection of natural resources.
As the DOE’s Deputy Director he has direct responsibility for the Department’s Research and Assessment Section undertaking natural environment monitoring and research efforts in order to detect, quantify and understand changes in local ecosystems, and make recommendations
